しかし、現実には設計のためのBIM、申請のためのBIMが多く、現場で本当に判断を支えるBIMはまだ十分に普及していません。

Marking out, inspection, drafting, meticulous quality control—the gritty, hands-on experience on site is my foundation. And now, I’m taking on a new challenge in Da Nang, Vietnam.
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a technology that will transform the construction industry. However, in Japan, there’s a significant gap between on-site work and BIM.
BIM modelers who don’t understand on-site work, site supervisors who can’t use BIM—there’s a global shortage of people who can bridge this gap.
Tojo nexus’s approach is simple:
- Reflecting Japanese on-site knowledge in BIM models
- Developing talented Vietnamese IT professionals with Japanese quality standards
